The Answers

• I have recently become your customer. When will I receive my PIN to be able to, for example, withdraw money at cashpoints?

  Your PIN will be mailed directly to you, using the address you gave on your application form.

• How do I pay my credit card bills?

  You can set up a direct debit, a stop order on your account or pay over the counter at any branch.

• Can I receive money via international credit transfer on my credit card account?

  No, you cannot receive money via an international credit transfer.

• Can I also keep my credit card account with a credit balance?

  Yes, you can keep your credit card account with a credit balance.

• I would like a higher credit limit. What do I have to do?

• There is a transaction that I have not made. What do I do?

  For any statement queries, please contact the customer service number on 0800 600 444.

• Can I also use my credit card account for monthly direct debits, e.g. mobile telephone bills, rent, electricity etc.?

  You can use your credit card for monthly direct debits by transferring the funds in the credit card to your account which you have set up the monthly debits.
